What we collect

Scheduling and contact information

If you schedule a call or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, the patent number or matter details you provide, asserted claim information, scheduling details, and the content of your message.

Cal.com scheduling

If scheduling is enabled, the embedded scheduler and direct scheduling links are provided by Cal.com. Cal.com receives and processes the scheduling information you submit according to its own terms and privacy policy. We receive that information from Cal.com so we can confirm and prepare for the call. Any patent numbers, asserted claims, or matter details you enter in the scheduler are submitted to Cal.com as booking-question context and shared with us.

Patent autocomplete

The schedule form may call the Searchlight backend to suggest patent numbers as you type. The company site proxies this lookup through the same origin and does not expose broad product API access.

Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure generates standard server access logs that may include IP addresses, timestamps, URLs requested, and browser user agent strings. These logs are used for operations and security.

What we do not collect
